At Kirkpatrick & Associates, we believe that exceptional design starts with exceptional
tools—and over the years, we’ve built an unmatched collection of resources to give our
clients every advantage.

Extensive
Materials Library
Beyond furniture, our office houses one of the largest design libraries in the industry.
Thousands of fabric swatches, wallcovering samples, flooring options, and finish
materials are available for review. This expansive collection allows us to explore
countless combinations and fine-tune each design until it perfectly captures the
property’s vision.
Every resource we’ve developed—whether it’s a national vendor relationship, an
exclusive fabric swatch, or a custom-built mirror—exists to give our clients confidence
that their project will be distinctive, the materials will meet exacting standards, and every
detail—from concept to installation—will be handled with care, expertise, and precision.

Custom Art and Mirror
Manufacturing
We also offer something rare in the industry—in-house art and mirror production.
Our dedicated studio allows us to customize frame styles, colors, and finishes
complementing the overall design scheme. Because we manufacture these pieces
ourselves, we can control quality, coordinate timelines with the rest of the FF&E
package and save our clients on delivery costs. We deliver the finished pieces to the
jobsite, eliminating the risk of freight damage.
During design presentations, we bring the vision to life in a tangible way—printing
actual-size guest room art options so owners can see exactly how pieces will feel
within the space. We can even color-correct art images in-house, ensuring each
piece harmonizes with the surrounding palette and furnishings.
To the Trade Furniture and
Lighting Showroom
Our office features a to-the-trade showroom, filled with a curated selection of national
upholstery, casegoods, and outdoor furniture brands. Here, owners and developers can
see and touch the finishes, fabrics, and craftsmanship that may become part of their
project. The showroom gives clients the opportunity, which is typically only available by
visiting National Furniture and Lighting markets, to ensure that selections are not only
beautiful but also meet the durability and comfort standards needed for hospitality
environments.
